Each year, RCIC's are required to complete 16 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to stay compliant with their license. Many new RCIC face challenges after graduating the program and find themselves asking the question "what now"? They have a shiny license, but quickly find out that immigration is a complex and sometimes lonely world when you need an answer.
